By accessing and using ScorecardGO and its services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

We provide online scorecard services for various games and activities. Our services allow users to track scores, manage multiple players, and maintain game statistics across different types of games and competitions.

3. User Accounts and Registration

ScorecardGO does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Service, including to share a scorecard with other people. Some features store information in your browser so that your scorecards are available when you return. You are responsible for any activity that takes place through your device.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the service provider and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Data Storage and Security

By default, scorecards are stored in your browser on your own device and are not transmitted to us. A scorecard you choose to share is stored on our servers for as long as it remains active and is deleted automatically seven days after the last score is entered. We are not responsible for any loss of scorecard data, whether stored on your device or shared, and you should not rely on the Service as a permanent record.

We strive to maintain the availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other technical issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the service.
