How to Play Oh Hell
- After dealing each hand, turn up the next card from the deck — its suit is trump for that round. If all cards are dealt, play with no trump.
- Before each round, every player bids how many tricks they expect to win. The dealer bids last and cannot make the total bids equal the tricks available.
- Players follow suit when possible. The highest trump wins the trick, otherwise the highest card of the led suit wins.
- If you make your bid exactly, score 1 point for each trick won plus a 10-point bonus.
- If you miss your bid, score 1 point for each trick won — no bonus.
- After the final round, the player with the highest total score wins.
