- A game is won when a player captures all of their opponent’s pieces or leaves them with no legal moves remaining.
- Each round in this scorecard represents one completed game. Record 1 point for the winner of each game.
- Players play an agreed number of games, and the player with the most total wins is declared the overall match winner.
Tips & Strategy for playing Checkers (Draughts)
- Control the center of the board early — it gives you more movement options while restricting your opponent.
- Set up double jumps whenever possible — they capture multiple pieces and allow you to continue your turn.
- Reach the back rank to promote a piece to a King, giving it greater mobility and control.
